Digital Security Program
As is known by every protected site/facility, there exist many written security plans covering dozens of printed pages, all filled with content that includes photographs and operational factors relating to emergency and regular operations. As required, and according to the demands of the Head of Security (for example: during a handover process, shift change, reinforcements, the need to provide superiors with security requirements) the security file is intended to contain written information.
Reading and absorbing the security plan takes time and can be an arduous process and the reader may not always fully understand the points relevant to themselves and their areas of responsibility.
A. Geffen has developed a working methodology for the presentation of a digital security plan. This is an innovative tool that allows the user to view a virtual video focused on the secured facility with special emphasis placed on a variety of related issues.
The tool includes:
-
Terrain mapping / secured facility / the number of facilities operating during emergencies and normality.
-
Analysis and study of possible operational scenarios during regular daytime, nighttime and weekend operations.
-
Effective responses to security and protection scenarios in the areas of public safety and hostile terror activity.
-
Creation of a uniform and joint language for supporting and supplementary forces with an emphasis on real time operations.
-
The ability to provide all relevant agencies a comprehensive brief and explanation in a short space of time.
Digital security plans are unique to our company and are developed through exhaustive and comprehensive work that includes the use of technological resources such as drones, cameras and an analysis of the terrain and changing climatic conditions.
** The use of drones and topological mapping resources requires prior approval.
